Notes from the Other Side of the Bar is a monthly publication from the Law Office of Randy R Merritt.  It is merely my attempt to offer information and entertainment from the legal world in which I live almost every day to my friends, colleagues, clients (and potential clients), and fellow human beings.  I hope that the subjects and issues that I discuss are of interest to each of you.  But if statistics are remotely correct, the odds are pretty good that some of the content will barely raise a flutter on the "Meter-O-Interest" to some of you.  

Please take a minute to let me know what types of issues or subjects that you would like me to address.  I can't promise that I will be able to take on everything that you might be interested in; still, if I don't know what that is, I can never start.  (And if anything struck you as interesting or helpful, I would really like to know!)
